As a life coach Janice is blessed with helping others create their vision. They come to Janice with a thought and she has the ability to coach them into seeing the BIG PICTURE. She describes it as the "black dot technique". She starts clients with a white canvas with a black dot in the middle, the black dot represents the obstacles. She then tells clients not to focus on the black dot in their lives, but instead focus on the entire canvas and paint your dream lifestyle.

It's inspirational reading about how the author faced many adversities & challenges and always came out on top, and in many ways changed what the top really looks like.
